Terms & Conditions

We are an experimental AI venture studio and Web 3.0 semantic, hybrid agentic communications infrastructure company. In plain English, we build tools for people, AI agents and software services to exchange context and coordinate work. We actively train and evaluate models. Services and outputs are not guaranteed. Your legal rights still apply.

1. Company and scope

These Terms are issued by pk2sl.un limited, a UK-registered, founder-led AI venture studio and Web 3.0 semantic, hybrid agentic communications infrastructure company, company number 17446976. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: jakub.kamecki@gmail.com.

They cover pk2sl.com and the experimental services that link to them, including ACAH (also called AHAC), Pukot and Sulog. Read the Privacy Policy for how information is used. By using a covered service you agree to these Terms. A separately agreed contract or project notice controls the relevant project where it conflicts; mandatory legal rights always remain.

2. Experimental means experimental

We build and test AI tools, actively train and evaluate models, study human judgment, and explore business and career-support workflows. Features, methods and availability may change, fail or be withdrawn. Some work is research or a prototype, not a validated commercial product.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, security, availability, fitness for your purpose or any particular result. We do not promise earnings, work, employment, investment returns, successful forecasts, funding or business outcomes. An AI response, task receipt or system status is not proof that work was completed correctly. Check important outputs and underlying evidence before acting.

3. Your use and eligibility

Experimental bot and contributor programmes are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must also meet the rules of any platform you use. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Keep account credentials secure, use only authorised access, and provide information you have the right to submit.

Do not use the service unlawfully; harass or impersonate others; manipulate results or rewards; upload malicious material; bypass safeguards; access another person's data without authority; or send passwords, tokens or sensitive information through general bot commands and forms. Do not rely on these services for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.

4. AI, human review and submissions

Tasks may be processed by software, AI providers and authorised human reviewers. AI-generated material may be inaccurate, biased or similar to outputs supplied to others. It is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Seek a qualified adviser where the decision calls for one.

You retain your rights in material you submit. You give us a non-exclusive permission to store, process and use it to provide the requested service. Research, evaluation, model training or commercial dataset use must stay within the disclosed purpose, applicable law, platform restrictions and any separate project terms or required consent. This is not an unrestricted licence to sell your personal information. Do not submit confidential or third-party material unless the required rights and appropriate project arrangements are in place.

5. Discord assistant

The current ACAH / AHAC installation is a restricted experimental command interface. Commands may retrieve information, create Pukot tasks or record Sulog signals for review. Use an action command only when you intend the described action. A receipt confirms a recorded event, not a completed or verified outcome. If a result is uncertain, request reconciliation before repeating a command that writes data.

The assistant does not continuously ingest ordinary server chat. Discord's terms and developer rules apply alongside these Terms. Discord API information is not authorised for unrestricted model training, sale, profiling or employment decisions. See the specific limits in our Privacy Policy. You can stop using the assistant or remove it from a server you administer; contact us separately about stored data.

6. Contributions, rewards and paid work

Joining a programme or submitting a response does not create employment, a partnership, equity ownership, guaranteed tasks or a right to payment. Any reward pool, eligibility criteria, quality measures, payment conditions and fees must be stated for the relevant activity. Do not assume that more submissions produce greater rewards.

Paid services require an agreed scope and price. These Terms alone do not authorise a charge or recurring subscription. A separate agreement sets delivery, payment and cancellation terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. We do not guarantee jobs or earnings through Sulog, or commercial or research outcomes through Pukot.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in our software, branding, methods and original site material. You may use the services for their intended purpose subject to these Terms. Rights in project deliverables are set by the project agreement. We do not promise that AI outputs are unique, copyright-protected or free of third-party rights. Nothing here removes rights you already hold in your own material.

8. Availability, suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend or discontinue access for security, abuse, legal, operational or experimental reasons. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain a material service change. Ending access does not cancel agreed payment obligations or automatically delete records; our Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention. Contact us to report errors, misuse, security concerns or service problems.

9. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, experimental services are supplied “as is” and “as available”. You remain responsible for deciding whether to use an output and for obtaining the authority needed for any action you request. We do not accept liability for speculative or indirect business losses, including lost profits or opportunities, to the extent the law permits that exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and obligations concerning personal data continue to apply. These Terms do not replace the duties or remedies in an agreed paid-service contract.

10. Law, complaints and changes

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Courts in England and Wales may hear disputes; consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts. Please contact us first if you want us to try to resolve a problem, but this is not a condition on exercising your legal rights.

We may update these Terms as the services develop. We will identify the updated date and give additional notice where appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or rewrite a separately agreed contract. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
