Stop building
prompt-shaped companies.
A system that only moves when someone talks to the model is not autonomous. A score that cannot explain itself is not knowledge. A pipeline that ignores relationships is not an organization.
Systems should move.
Agents need explicit contracts, ownership, runtime, observability and failure handling. Humans should be able to intervene, but the default should not be paralysis between prompts.
People are not labels.
A human profile is not a frozen category. Capability changes. Context changes. Confidence changes. The useful object is a trajectory with evidence attached.
Relationships carry the work.
Organizations are graphs of commitments, handoffs, dependencies, trust and feedback. Measure the health of the relationship, not just the health of the node.
Reality gets a vote.
Forecasts resolve. Markets settle. Candidates get hired or they do not. Systems produce outcomes or fail to. We prefer environments that make it possible to learn from being wrong.
Pukot catches. Sulog moves.
The net without the fisherman is inert. The fisherman without the net is blind. Measurement and action are two sides of the same system, connected by feedback.
